Lunch at Liaison College - Friday October 10th, 2014



Dear Foodie!

Are you Adventurous? Come and join us on Friday October 10th, @ 12:30pm for our Iron Chef Competition.

Chef Dean Michielsen and his students have accepted the challenge of an Iron Chef Competition.

Each student will have three ingredients that they must use in their menu to prepare two courses. These ingredients are:

  • Salmon
  • Shrimp
  • Short Ribs

The third course, the dessert challenge, will include the following:

  • Fruit
  • Pastry
  • Mousse

Each table of eight will get to experience one menu from each student chef. You will evaluate that student chef and the chef's identity will not be revealed until the end of the dinner.


Menu is subject to last minute changes due to seasonal availability.

$25.00 all-inclusive. Seniors: $20.00. (Taxes and gratuities are included).
We accept cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.
