Chef’s Table Menu

1st Course

Grilled Shrimp served with a Fennel and Arugula Slaw
Citrus Soy Vinaigrette

2nd Course

Chicken Consomme
with Chicken Won Ton

3rd Course

Mango and Raspberry Sorbet

4th Course

Braised Lamb Shank
served with Rosti Potato,
Swiss Chard, Brussel Sprouts
with Bacon and Golden Beets

5th Course

Creme Brulee with Bailey's
Chocolate Dipped Biscotti

$45.00 all-inclusive. (Taxes and gratuities are included).

Cancellation Policy: If seven day's notice is provided we will sign you up for another Chef's table
dinner within 3 months. Sorry no refunds.
