Iron Chef Lunch - Friday February 6th, 2015

LAST LUNCH UNTIL MARCH 20th, 2015

Dear Foodie,

Are you adventurous? Come and join us on Friday February 6th, 2015 for a very special lunch .

Chef Dean Michielsen and his students have accepted the challenge of an Iron Chef Competition!

Each student will have three ingredients that they must use in their menu. These ingredients are:

  • Salmon
  • Scallops
  • Short Ribs

Each student chef will serve two courses using these ingredients. The third course, the dessert challenge, will include the following:

  • Fruit
  • Tart
  • Air

Each table of eight will get to experience one menu from each student chef. You will evaluate that student chef.

The student chef's identity will not be revealed until the end of the lunch.

Please Note: This is a teaching facility and menu’s are part of the student curriculum. Therefore, we are not able to accommodate any allergy or dietary restrictions.

Cost: $25.00 all inclusive. Taxes & Gratuities included.
Includes coffee or tea

We accept cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.

Note: Because of the frequency of last minute cancellations, we are implementing a new procedure for reservations. We will now require payment upfront when you reserve your table.

Cancellation Policy: If we receive 48 hours cancellation notice, you can reschedule
your reservation for a date within the next 10 weeks. Sorry, we are not able to offer refunds.
