Hummus (Chickpea and Tahini puree with spices Maka’anek Sausage and Pinenuts)

Baba Ganoush (Roasted Eggplant with Tahini Remoulade)

Labneh (Black Olive and Mint Pressed Yogurt Cheese)

Tabbouleh (Parsley, Mint, Tomato and Cracked Wheat Salad)

Kibbeh (Beef and Bulgur Croquettes with Sumac and Pomegranate molasses)

Lebanese Mountain Bread (Lebanese Flatbread)

Palate Cleanser

Shooter of Arak (Lions Milk) served with Salmon Kibbeh Nayyeh

(Anise based drink with Lebanese style Salmon Tartare)

Second Course – Entrée

Soujouk Stuffed Lamb Chop with Cilantro & Garlic Roasted Potatoes, and Fennel, Lime & Sumac Fattoush with Crumbled Shanklish Cheese served with Crispy Eggplant

(Middle Eastern Sausage Stuffed Lamb Chop, Cilantro & Garlic Roasted Potatoes, and Fennel, Lime & Sumac Salad with Crumbled Lebanese Blue Cheese served with Crispy Eggplant)

Third Course – Dessert

Goats Milk Yogurt Panna Cotta served with Hibiscus Soup, Strawberry Meringue and Rose Gelée
