Liaison College, in the heart of Mennonite country offers a memorable culinary experience for coach tours in Ontario.
Enjoy local flavour, local produce and the expertise of a professional chef instructor.
Available Tours
1 hour Meal Stop
Your group will experience the local flavours of the region with a meal professionally prepared by our future Chefs. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack, we will have your group in and out (well fed) in under 60 minutes.
2 hour Lunch and Learn
Your group will be part of their own “live cooking show” featuring our Professional Chef Instructors, and the ability to participate in hands-on cooking experience with the pros (or not, for those who are shy). The cooking demonstration will be followed by a delicious gourmet meal.
4 hour Market or Farm Tour
Your group will pick up a local professional Chef who will board your coach for an educational shopping trip to a local market or farm. The trip will be highlighted with the purchase of fresh local ingredients from friendly farmers. The ingredients will return to the campus with the group where they will be transformed into a wonderful meal. The thrill is in knowing that your food was grown locally and prepared fresh.
