Red Seal Preparation
We offer Red Seal Preparation. This is not a diploma course, nor does it count towards your Red Seal or other certifications. However, the Red Seal preparation course offers an effective way to prepare for writing the Red Seal Exam.
Food Handlers Certificate
Liaison College offers one day NFSTP training. In class you will learn everything you need to to meet food safety standards. The NFSTP model is recognized across Canada and endorsed by the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association (CRFA). This 8-hour workshop includes a 4 hour training session with an instructor to assist and answer any questions. It is followed the next day by a written exam.
