Food Handlers Certificate Course
Many kitchens require all of their staff hold a Food Safety Handlers Certificate because it proves each person understands the basics of safe and proper methods for receiving, storing, preparing and re-heating foods.
NFSTP
Liaison College offers one day NFSTP training. In class you will learn everything you need to to meet food safety standards. The NFSTP model is recognized across Canada and endorsed by the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association (CRFA). This 8-hour workshop includes a 4 hour training session with an instructor to assist and answer any questions. It is followed the next day by a written exam.
Upon passing the exam you will have earned a valid Food Safety Handlers Certificate good for three years and you will receive a wallet card. Don’t let the lack of food safety handlers certification hold up your career. Get food safe today!
