Culinary Kids Camp
At Kids Camps, Junior Chefs ages 9 – 15 can learn to cook and make new friends and we have new fun classes on the horizon with Hallowe’en Baking Class (Oct. 23) and Garnishes for Kids Christmas Holiday Classes (Dec 20-23 & Dec 27-30).

Garnishes for Kids Christmas Holiday Classes
Garnishes for Kids is back again over the Christmas Holidays!!
Join Chef Susan for more fun creating fabulous meals and treats from scratch. You will learn all you need to know in the kitchen, from food safety to recipe reading and even learning how to wash dishes!!! You will get to enjoy the food you prepared as well as receive an apron and cook book of recipes learned.
We are offering 2 sessions. All classes will be held at
Liaison College Kitchener Campus
Session One will be December 20-23, 9am to 2pm
Session Two will be December 27-30, 9am to 2pm

Kids Culinary Camp at Liaison College
General Information for Culinary Camps
- Register early, classes fill quickly.
- We provide aprons and chef hats, recipes and of course everyone gets to eat their creations!
- We ask that parents arrive 15 minutes early at the beginning of the first session to fill out emergency contact information for their child/children.
- Classes will be led by Susan Dimma BASc, Personal Chef and owner of Garnishes Personal Chef Services, Guelph.
- The children will learn kitchen and food safety, prepare and enjoy a meal each day, have fun with kitchen crafts and food science, and each will receive a Garnishes for Kids apron and a cookbook of recipes learned.
- Children should bring a water bottle daily.
Note: We try to be allergy friendly, but due to the large volume of classes operating at our facility we cannot guarantee a peanut free environment. However, we do not use peanuts or nuts in our hands-on junior chef camps!
