Kitchener’s Student-Teacher Ratio
At Liaison College Kitchener campus we keep our class size small so that you have plenty of time to work one on one with our professional chef instructors. We encourage you to ask questions and we provide daily demonstrations of tips and techniques that you will want to master.
Our students work in a professional-style kitchen using commercial equipment, under the supervision of chefs who work in the hospitality industry.
Our student teacher ratio never exceeds 16:1 and the facilities are such that students have ready access to the equipment they need when they need it. You will never be in the situation where you are unable to practice a technique because there are no available stoves, ovens or tables.
Every student gets the opportunity to try out every skill, every time. And there is always a professional chef on hand who can help you master the technique.
