Chef Dean is Chairman of the Kitchener Waterloo Chef Association and has a long history of association with Liaison College. He teaches Cook Advanced Level II.

Jan is Chef-owner of the Guelph-based Orchard House Gourmet Personal Chef Service. She sometimes teaches the Personal Chef program at Liaison College.
