680 Hours – 34 Weeks Full-Time

This is Liaison College’s ultimate diploma program. It combines the foundation, skills and techniques of Cook Basic Level 1 with the the advanced culinary and customer service skills of Cook Advanced Level 2. After this, students are taught the entrepreneurial and business skills necessary to own and operate a successful food service operation. This 680 hours program is recognized by the Ontario College of Trades as sufficient hours and training to be counted towards your Red Seal.
