We can provide Teach & Learn Packages as well as Meal & Facility Packages to suit your needs. If these aren’t quite what you are looking for and have another idea, give us a call and we will try to accommodate your special event. Our Chefs and Culinary Arts Students will work hard to ensure that you have an unforgettable time.
Teach & Learn Package
Join our Chefs and students as they guide you through the kitchen and help you prepare your gourmet lunch. You will be involved in preparing the ingredients, cooking, and our of course eating the meal that you’ve just made. We will provide you with all the tools, equipment and food items necessary to make your menu come to fruition. Our Chefs and students will be with you every step of the way, and they’ll even take care of the dishes while you enjoy your meal in our dining room.
The menus are flexible and we will cater to all dietary restrictions. We can create the menu for you or with you, even prepare a menu that you’ve created. The meal can be plated and served or set up as a buffet.
*If interested, this package can also include demos of food prep or cookery.
Meal & Facility Package
Our Chefs and students will work together to prepare your meal while you host your group in either the dining room or the library. You can have peace of mind while with your group knowing that the meal is being well looked after and the dishes are taken care of. The menus are flexible and can cater to any dietary restrictions. We can create the menu for you or with you, even prepare a menu that you’ve created. Your meal can be served to you and your guests or set up as a buffet.
