Our Professional Culinary Arts Programs
Liaison College Kitchener offers six professional programs and courses for those individuals who love to cook and want to learn more. Whether you already work in the food service business or yearn to be a great cook or professional chef, we can help you start or advance the career of your dreams.
COOK - BASIC
This diploma program is an intensive 300 hour exploration and application of classic culinary techniques.
COOK - ADVANCED
Cook Advanced is an intensive 300-hour training program focused on advanced culinary techniques and business skills.
CHEF DE CUISINE
This diploma program is an intensive 600 hour examination and application of both basic and advanced classic culinary techniques.
This course puts you head and shoulders above other personal chefs, because you learn business management skills, how to market yourself, how to use the internet effectively, and how to avoid the pit-falls other business owners make.
This diploma program is designed for those students desiring to start a food service business or become a personal chef.
