Liz
has been interested in cooking since using her mom's pots and
pans as stacking toys in childhood. Her professional career includes
apprenticing at the Windsor Arms Hotel in Toronto and achieving
her Red Seal designation after graduating from George Brown College.
Liz
co-created and co-owned Chez Soleil Cooking School in Stratford,
and she has been very happy facilitating the cooking experience
of others, regardless of their age or skill.
She looks forward
to helping her students, both Basic and Advanced, achieve
excellence at the Liaison College Kitchener Campus. |
