Chef
Michael graduated from George Brown College with a Culinary Management
Degree. With a focus on educational and corporate services dining,
he has experienced a broad array of aspects of the culinary world.
Chef Michael has over 26 years of experience in the culinary
field including positions at Sodexho-Marriott in corporate services,
as Corporate Chef for Williams Coffee Pubs and as Executive Sous
Chef for McMaster University. Chef Michael also owns his own
catering company.
Chef Michael has a young family, yet finds spare time to enjoy
competitive Ice Carving. |
