Dear Foodie!
Are you adventurous? Come and join us on Tuesday Aug 27th for a very special dinner.
We are holding an Iron Chef Competition.
Chef Dean Michielsen’s advanced students have accepted the challenge of an Iron Chef Competition.
Each student will have three ingredients that they must use in their menu. These ingredients are:

Salmon
- Scallops
- Boneless Short Rib
Each student chef will serve two courses using these ingredients.
The third course, the dessert challenge, will include the following:
- a tart
- mousse
- fruit
Each table of four will get to experience one menu from each student chef. You will evaluate that student chef. The student chef’s identity will not be revealed until the end of the meal.
The cost is $35.00 per person,
Senior Rate of $30.00 per person.
Taxes and gratuities are included.
$35.00 all-inclusive. Seniors: $30.00 We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.
