Gemma Minniti

My name is Gemma Minniti, and my passion for culinary arts started when I was growning up in an Italian family where every special occasion was defined by spectacular fare. In October 2005, I graduated from the Cook Basic Program through Liaison College in Kitchener with Honours in Theory.

Working in a fine dining establishment has been my aspiration, and I am eager to put my skills to practice. Please give me the opportunity to showcase my originality and passion for creating a deliciously memorable dining experience.

Because I enjoy cooking for various reasons, I completed the Basic Cooks course at Liaison College in 2005. I want to work in the fine dining or catering business for many reasons. The two most important are that it reflects my ability to cook, and it gives me the chance to have fun with artistic presentation. I hope to have the opportunity of showing you my skills.
